Hardie Park has launched it’s second Footpaths Personal Development Programme supporting local residents suffering with anxiety, depression and mental health issues. The programme provides a 12 week support plan offering personal development workshops, skills training and 1-2-1 sessions.

Shane Ralph, Programme Co-ordinator said, ‘We aim to provide candidates suffering mental health issues, depression and anxiety with an increased sense of well-being and access to counselling, advice and mentoring. We offer meaningful volunteer opportunities and an introduction to the various community groups at the park such as Men in Sheds and the Hardie Park Gardeners.

If you suffer from depression, lack of motivation, anger, stress or panic attacks and would like some local help and support please get in touch with Shane on 07888 032698 or email footpaths@friendsofhardiepark.co.uk
